Objectives:
This teaching is aimed at:
- Empowering us to fight the enemy of our rising;
- Enabling us with the right knowledge to escape the grip of the comfort zone;
- Nudging us along the path of inward examination and reflection.
On this account, it then becomes immediate for us to base today’s teaching on addressing the force that’s determined to render us impotent in achieving the outlined objectives.
Jesus in Jn. 10:10, exposes to us the three-fold agenda of this force – the thief – which namely are – to steal, to kill and to destroy. As we all know, Jesus’s words are deep and pregnant with revelation and it is with this realization that he makes it clear to us that he (the thief), has no power over us except we grant him permission.
Listen Beloved, the devil, is no fool. In all honesty, he is a skilled strategist. He realizes that if he isn’t permitted to steal from you, he cannot kill you. Likewise that, if he isn’t granted the access to kill, then he cannot destroy. Now, since he’s fully aware of these, he utilizes all means to craftily execute his devious acts and exploit our naiveties.
At this juncture, I put it to you that many would discover on proper examination of themselves, that they are wrongly positioned because of the devil’s antics and consequently, it often turns out that they’ve lost something vital. These category of people, physically speaking, are far from where they ought to be and worse still, they lag behind spiritually.
Listen carefully Beloved, if something within you gives you a hint that you’re working below your standards, signals to you that your life is deviating from the right direction, points at you not manifesting your gifts, indicates that you’re congruous with your family’s negative pattern, warns that you’re losing the battle for relevance, reveals to you that you’re being overcome by sin, shows you that you’re inching closer towards hell and not heaven, then, it means that you’ve lost something very vital in your life. It means that something crucial is missing and more tellingly that it has been stolen.
I prophesy into your life that God shall restore every good thing that you’ve lost in the name of Jesus.
This brings to my remembrance the story of a lad who had a dream of becoming a Pilot. He was quite studious and very dedicated to this goal of his. At some point during his academic journey, he travelled overseas to further his studies much to the disgust of his father’s third wife (as he was from a polygamous home). One unfortunate afternoon, he dreamt. In the dream, he saw this particular wife angrily aim a bucket full of pepper-water at his face. He woke up blind and that was how this promising young man was robbed of his dream.
I pray for you once more that every witchcraft battle assigned against your star, shall scatter in the name of Jesus.
Hear me Beloved, anytime a person loses something vital, that person almost never regains his balance.
Remember how Adam lost Eden? How Esau lost his birthright? Other biblical examples abound in Saul, Samson, Judas Iscariot and Lucifer.
I pray for you that every evil arrangement organized to make you lose the vital things in your life, shall scatter in the name of Jesus.
Beloved, we’re on the battle field and I want to make it clear to you that every of the devil’s move, is well-calculated. It is for this reason, I implore you to wake up and recover all that the enemy has stolen.
Conclusively, I want to state it in clear terms to you that it is a useless and dangerous exercise to pursue the wrong things in life. While beauty, fame, power, position, affluence, and wealth are not in and of themselves bad to possess, an unguided pursuit of any leads to doom. Rather than pursuing these, aim at fulfilling your destiny. Don’t lose sight of it, as it can be stolen. Once a fellow’s destiny is stolen, they are as good as dead.
