It’s the first Sunday in September. As we all know, first Sunday is when we experience art in the style of dressing in our native attire. Colours, styles and bold fashion statements that leaves you breathless.

Who says you can’t slay a godly way?

Meet Queneth Achonu.

Her dress was inspired by the elegance and classy Queen Anne neckline. She believes that if you dress like a queen, you’ll be addressed as one.

Meet Segun Adetunji.

Meet Adetunji Segun. His dress was inspired by culture. A Ghanaian top and an Aso- Oke trouser, two brothers but always fighting over social media. It is the combination of different cultural attire. The white sneakers is a touch of the western world, it gives the youthful orientation. Basically the combination of exotic and indigenous attire. He believes what you wear speaks about you and sometimes is a reflection of your mind, so feel free, be decent, stylish and unique.

Meet Afolabi Damilola.

Her dress was inspired by the fact that these day, getting catalogue to sew modest clothes is rare because what’s in vogue is known to reveal sensitive parts of the body. body.

She wants ladies to know they can be Godly and still slay with modesty.

God has crowned us with beauty we  don’t have to reveal sensitive parts of our body before we are acknowledged as being beautiful.

We are fearfully and wonderfully made. Besides our body is the temple of the Lord (1 corinthians 6 vs 19-20)

Therefore, with God’s help she wants to be a model of Abba’s baby through my dressing too because God sees beyond our hearts too. (1 Timothy 2:9-10). She believe ladies should be vogue, modest, and Godly with their dressing.

Meet Olalere Esther Olajumoke, the creative director of Olajfabrics.

Her dressing was inspired by the fact that sundays are for church and your church outfit should be at it’s best.

For her, clothes are a way of expressing one’s self. The inspiration behind her dress was understanding fashion rules and the chief of which is modesty and creativity within and outside the walls of the church.
