The 10th Anniversary celebration which has the theme, Evidence of His Glory, is not only a celebration of the grace of God and His mercies on the Youth Church but a celebration of a decade of successful milestones and transformation of destinies. The programme will feature a special anniversary praise and prayer walk, film show, deliverance crusade, community outreach and an anniversary thanksgiving service. There will also be a Special Manna Water service at the MFM International Headquarters to be anchored and presided over by the Youth Church. Other activities being planned for the anniversary include skills/talent exhibition, Holy Ghost tarry/prophetic night, leadership summit, General Overseers intergroup book quiz competition, and launching of a discipleship programme and Special Youth Church School of Ministry.

The inception of the Headquarters Youth Church dates back to ten years ago when the General Overseer of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), Dr. Daniel Olukoya saw the need to secure, safeguard and reposition the destinies of the youth of this generation. In furtherance of this vision, the Youth Church was established in February 2008. The Youth church has since then soared due to sound doctrine/teachings, in-depth prayers and the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, the General Overseer launched a 70-point Agenda to serve as a source of direction and repositioning for the growth and development of the Youth Church. The Anniversary Committee reports that this agenda has been achieved up to eighty percent and the Youth Church seeks to achieve much more in the coming years. The church believes there is a need to capitalize on the past gains recorded in order to propel a glorious future. In furtherance of this mandate, the Youth Church also plans to unveil another revival and transformation agenda for the next decade.

This year’s anniversary is definitely one not to miss.
