“vs 25: But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.”
We find ourselves at the mercy of the enemy because our warfare is weak.
“Re” means again, and “Vival” means power.
To revive means to bring to life.
It means “to awake”. One way the enemy kills is through sleep.
Many christians are in slumber spiritually. Those who burn for God in the night will shine in the day.
Principles to Climb the Ladder of Success
We need revival in every department of our lives.
1. We must revive the culture of bible study. If you are not reading the book (bible) you will commit bookable offenses
2. If what is in your brain is common knowledge, you will achieve common results.
3. We must revive our social life.
4. We must revive our financial life.
5. We must revive our body for evangelism. God calls people when they are busy, satan uses people when they are lazy. 1 Cor 9:16
6. We must revive our prayer lives/warfare. James 5:13
What is Warfare?
It is the Christian conscious activities to stop and neutralize the investment of satan in our lives.
Eziekel 28:1-12
In every environment, there is a prince and king. The former is the head of government and the latter is the spiritual authority over a place. 2 Tim 2:4
Statements about Warfare
• Every thing we need has been given to us when Jesus died, but it is being contested for.
• There is a contest/ warfare ongoing and you are involved whether you are conscious about it or not.
• If you learn to fight, you can win and if you don’t, you are conquered.
• No battle, no title. No scares, no stars.
• A seed is an indication you can enter into the forest.
• A seed may be viable depending on the environment.
Strategy for Warfare
There are two types of battles
1. “I fight” battles
2. “We fight” battles. Ecc 4:1-12
Don’t fight your battles alone. Have a prayer partner.
Strategic Partnership Dimensions
1. Mentorship:To guide and teach.
2. Marriage: Don’t marry the wrong partner.
3. Friendship: Look for Godly friendships.
