Today men are running helter skelter everyday in search of one thing or the other but the truth is everything we see now. shall all pass away.
Why? because this world is already doomed and no matter how long we live on this earth, eternity is longer.
If there’s anything that we need at this point in our life is for the kingdom of God to be established in our soul.
WHY IS GOD THE GREATEST POSSESSION?
He is the reason why we’re created.
He is our eternal inheritance (1Peter 1:4).
He is the possessor of all things (Colossians 1:17).
He is the most powerful i.e the more of God you have, the more powerful you become.
Everything on earth is doomed to perish.
Your greatest treasure are spiritual treasures (Matthew 6:33).
So we, can be like Him at His appearance (1John 3:2).
WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST ASPIRATIONS IN LIFE?
Are your priorities in life to accumulate money or is it to accumulate properties like houses and fancy cars, or maybe you’re from a place where the priority is to accumulate wives?.
We need to ask ourselves this questions because anything that you’re seeking for, that is, to the detriment of your soul is a waste of time, only those whose soul pant after God will see Him
In conclusion, I am imploring everybody to redirect our energy, to redirect our focus to the things that will last, things that have eternal inheritance. As I leave you here today let me leave you with this question: Are you looking for this eternal inheritance? Because if truly you desire this inheritance, then it must start from living everyday of your life seeking God like it’s your last day.
