The MFM Headquarters Youth Church will hold the next edition of its Entrepreneurship and Wealth Creation Sunday on June 17. This edition is tagged “Gifted Hands”, and it will take place at the University of Lagos Multipurpose Hall by 8am. Highlights of the event include sessions on business and counselling, strategic business networking, building bankable skill-sets, igniting entrepreneurship spirit in a diversifying economy and prophetic business transforming prayers.
There will be a special session on “Building brand identity in a competitive market” to be anchored by the founder of Rise Networks, Toyosi Akerele-Ogunsiji. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive advice and counselling from the facilitators. There will also be product exhibitions by young entrepreneurs.
The Entrepreneurship and Wealth Creation Sunday is a periodic event organised by the Entrepreneurship and Wealth Creation Forum. The Forum is overseen by the Covenant Partners Group of the Youth Church which is headed by Pastor Kayode Balogun. Last month, the Forum sponsored forty-five youths to Xtralarge Farms for a Farming Investment and Empowerment Training. The objective of the training was to enable prospective young farmers to make strategic decisions on agriculture from an informed perspective. The visit to the farm was a practical follow-up on a previous wealth creation forum held in the church.
Pastor Kayode Balogun heads the Covenant Partners Group at the MFM HQ Youth Church
The Covenant Partners Group is made up of professionals from diverse works of life with expertise in various businesses and industries. The group seeks to add value to young entrepreneurs and young business owners. Through its activities, the lives of many youths have been influenced positively. The first ever Entrepreneurship and Wealth Creation Sunday took place in 2017 and since then, other editions have been held.
